Our standard Double, Twin or Double Room Rate is £49.95 per night – this isn’t a special offer rate, but is available most nights of the year – no strings, no catches, no having to book 2 weeks in advance, or booking more than one night, just very transparent pricing everyday of the year.

We are also able to offer special discounted rates at certain times of the year, which are all stated on our live booking system. We also add a £5 - £10 increase to room prices for Bank Holiday weekends and a limited number of other dates when key local events are held. However, we guarantee that you will always be able to find the best rates on our own website.

Within our stated room rates you also receive - FREE Continental Breakfast, FREE Parking,  FREE WIFI Access, FREE Gym Membership (one per room), FREE View 30 Channel Digital TV, FREE Tea & Coffee in your room, FREE Room Service, FREE use of Guest Computer and FREE processing of Credit Cards – without any extra card commission charges.

Please note all rooms are for two people, except Family rooms which have an additional single bed for a child under 15, or a Bunk Bed, Single Bed and Double Bed. Cots or further additional beds for family rooms are charged at an additional £7 per night.

Triple bedded rooms for adults are available at an additional charge of £10 per room per night.

We offer better Value than any other Warrington Bed & Breakfast, Runcorn Bed & Breakfast or Northwich Bed & Breakfast. 

On average we make a net profit of around £5.00 per room per night for every occupied Bedroom, – that’s not much!
