All our bedrooms are spacious and have a variety of formats - Single, Double, Twin, Triple and Family - indeed if we compare cost per square foot we are sure that we have the cheapest rooms within any hotel in Warrington, Hotel in Northwich or Hotel in Runcorn!

All bedrooms have Flat Screen Digital 30 Channel TV’s, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hair Dryers, Heaters and are En-suite with both a Bath and Shower.

All our Bedrooms have been recently decorated, however  we would describe the furniture as of tradional hotel design, but still in good condition and practical - with built in luggage racks, good size wardrobes, dressing tables etc.

The bathrooms have recently been upgraded and are a good size and all with towel heaters.  The showers work from a top flow water system, which means at times water pressure can be someway short of a modern power shower, but is better for the environment and it does the job!

FREE Room Service is offered to all our Guests ordering Evening Meals.

Family rooms have DVD players and an additional single bed and Cots are also available at a small extra charge of £5 per night, a second children’s single bed can also be provided at a cost of £7 per night. We also have two new 3 children 2 adults Family Rooms which have a Bunk Bed, Sigle Bed and Double Bed.

We also have just released 4 Executive Rooms with double desks, large sofas for just a few pounds a night more they are excellent value - why not give them a try! 

There are also Twin and Double Business Rooms, which have a Desk and Chair.

If required we can also provide triple rooms for 3 adults at an additional cost of £10 per room per night.

Guests should note that  if you smoke within your room that there will be an automatic surcharge of £75 to enable us to clean the room and make it fit to let again. It is a massive inconvience to our non smoking guests as we might have to cancel their reservation if their room cannot be clean/ aired in time. This policy is increasingly being adopted within B&B's in Warrington, B&B's in Northwich & B&B's in Warrington.
