Cancellation policy:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance payable on arrival. In the event of a cancellation with less than 2 days notice, a further 25% will be taken if the room is not re-let for the dates originally booked. A no show charge of up to 100% will apply if the accommodation is not re-booked for this period

In the event of an early departure, Guests will be liable for the full amount of the cost of their stay.

Modification policy:
A modification that in effect cancels part of the originally booked stay eg 5 days booked is changed to 3 then these two days will have deemed to have been cancelled and the hotels cancellation policy will prevail.

PLEASE NOTE by making this booking at Happy Guests Lodge you are authorising us to levey and recover a £75 cleaning charge where SMOKING has occurred within your bedroom - bathroom or hanging out of your bedroom window during your stay. We are sorry to have to add yet another rule to our terms and conditions but we are sick of smokers abusing this rule/law. 

Child policy:  Happy Guest Lodge welcomes children 0- 15.

A deposit of 25% is required with all confirmed bookings.

Room Availability
We allow check in from 12 noon when rooms are available, if not then we guarantee room availability by 3pm latest. Early arrival made easy with open check-in times and case room transfer on availability. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on Mon- Sat & 11am Sunday on day of departure.

Reception Opening Times
Mon - Fri 7am- 11pm Sat - Sun 8am - 10pm all check-ins must take place between these times.
